- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team below to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item, along with a copy of the original invoice, to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Refund or Exchange:
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges for a different size or a replacement item are also available.
